(Hayward, WI) Hayward Wolfpack Football Club has announced the coaches for the 2022 season.
Head Coach TJ Stilwell will return to the Pack after leading the team to the top of the WPASL table for the first time in team history. Assistant Coach Eric Njimegni will enter his first year in a coaching position within the club, after participating as a player for the last four years.
Coach TJ Stilwell enters his second year as the Wolfpack's head coach. A 2016 Spooner High School graduate, TJ has coached across all levels of youth and high school soccer in Northern Wisconsin. After coaching youth soccer with Eau Claire United, TJ accepted a JV Head Coach job at Eau Claire Memorial High in Eau Claire, WI. In 2019, he became the Assistant Coach for the Vasity Girls team at Memorial, before accepting a Varsity Assistant Coach position at Spooner High the following year. TJ is currently an assistant coach for both the Varsity Boys and Varsity Girls squads at Hayward High. Lovingly named "Thaddeus" or "Coach Teej" by the players, TJ looks to lead the Pack to a WPASL Championship this season.
Coach Eric Njimegni enters his first year as the Wolfpack's assistant coach. Before moving to Hibbing, MN for work, Eric grew up in Limbe, Cameroon, playing for OPOPO FC. He has been influential in building youth soccer in the Iron Range, coaching both Hibbing-Chisolm and Grand Rapids youth players from 2014-2018. In 2019, Eric accepted a Varsity Boys Assistant Coach job at Mesabi East High, helping to boost the program. In 2021, Eric was named the Varsity Boys Head Coach at Mesabi East High and he currently holds the position. Eric is excited to assume a coaching role at the club and hopes to aid in the development of players as they look to further their soccer careers.
